4.1 Domestic Shipping (USA) Domestic shipments are typically in transit for 1–3 days, with an overall estimated delivery window of 7–13 business days. 4.5 P.O. Box & Military Addresses ROBERT COMPUTER HARDWARE LTD ships to P.O. Box addresses exclusively via postal services (USPS). We cannot offer private courier services (UPS/FedEx) to these locations. We ship to military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO) using USPS only.
4.6 Delivery Issues If your delivery has exceeded the estimated timeframe, please contact us so we can initiate an investigation with the carrier. For any delivery made to a "safe place" or neighbor at your specific request, we cannot be held liable for the order once the carrier confirms delivery.
5. Tracking & Notifications
Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to follow your shipment's progress. Note for US Customers: For items fulfilled from our international hub in Singapore, it typically takes 5–7 days to reach the United States. Tracking updates may only become available once the parcel arrives in the U.S. and is scanned by the final carrier (e.g., USPS). This is standard procedure. All prices shown include import duties and customs fees; there are no hidden costs.
6. Items Damaged in Transit
If you notice a package is damaged upon delivery, please refuse the shipment if possible and contact our customer service immediately. If the package was delivered while you were unavailable, please contact us for next steps.
