  • Flat-Rate Simplicity: No hidden handling fees. The price you see at checkout is the final price delivered to your door.

2. "Landed Cost" Guarantee (No Hidden Fees)

We understand that corporate procurement requires budget certainty.

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: We pre-pay all Import Duties, Customs Fees, and Local Taxes.

  • Zero Hassle: You will NOT be contacted by customs or asked to pay additional brokerage fees. Your hardware will arrive directly at your specified address, fully cleared and ready for deployment.

3. Fulfillment Timeline

Because we deal with mission-critical, enterprise-certified hardware, our fulfillment process includes rigorous pre-shipment testing and secure international transit.

  • Processing: Orders are typically dispatched within 2-3 business days.

  • Estimated Delivery: Most orders arrive within 8–14 business days.

  • Transparency: You will receive a dedicated tracking number via email as soon as your shipment is processed, allowing you to monitor its progress from our facility to your doorstep.

4. Shipping Governance & Liability

  • Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by the commercial laws of Wyoming, USA.

  • Recipient Responsibility: Please ensure a valid, attended shipping address is provided. Our couriers require a secure drop-off point.

  • Unclaimed Packages: If a delivery fails due to incorrect address information or repeated failed delivery attempts (where the package remains unclaimed for over 7 days), the customer assumes responsibility for any re-routing fees. Robert Electronics is not liable for losses resulting from abandoned shipments at local courier hubs.
